Description: Mumiyo is a natural formation of organic-mineral origin. Black-brownish in color and with a resinous texture, it was formed as a result of complex biochemical processes that took place over millennia under the influence of the unique microclimate in the high-mountain caves of Altai, the Caucasus, Tibet and Siberia. This is precisely the reason for the abundance of useful bioactive substances in its composition, including over 50 components – a complex of vitamins (A, B1, B6, B12, P, etc.), macro- and microelements (calcium, phosphorus, zinc, iron, magnesium, copper, selenium, etc.), amino acids, organic acids, natural steroids, resinous substances, essential oils and many others.

Purpose: Recommended as a general strengthening agent – ​​a biologically active food supplement. A completely natural adaptogen – mumiyo has a comprehensive complex effect on the human body – it increases immunity, increases bone density, stimulates blood formation processes, improves liver and heart function, normalizes the activity of the nervous system, regulates hormonal balance, acid-base balance and accelerates metabolism.

Method of administration and dosage: Tablets for oral administration. Take one tablet 2 or 3 times a day, 10-15 minutes before meals with more water* (at least 300ml with each intake). The recommended daily dose depends on body weight: 40-80kg – 1-2 tablets/day; over 80kg – 2-3 tablets/day. (*When taking mumiyo tablets, drink at least 2 liters of water per day!)

Contraindications: Do not take by pregnant and lactating women, children under 14 years of age, with kidney stones and in case of individual intolerance to the product. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use as a substitute for a varied diet. It is not a medicine. Before use, it is recommended to consult a doctor.

Storage method: Store in a dry, inaccessible to children place, protected from direct sunlight, at a temperature up to 25°C. After dissolving, store the resulting solution in a refrigerator (2-8°C) for a maximum of 20 days.
