Description
(Altai Maral Antlers)
DEER ANTS
Since time immemorial, the healing properties of the antlers of the northern spotted deer and, of course, the Altai maral have been known. To date, the population of spotted deer on the territory of Russia is about 12-13.5 thousand, living in the wild, and about 65,000 are bred on farms and also for furs. All forest and steppe zones of Russia and the Caucasus in the foothills of the central strip are inhabited by these two-hoofed ruminants of the deer family. This species of deer perfectly adapts to various environmental conditions and is of great value to humans, since their antlers are widely used in medicine and are the most valuable material for the production of pantocrine.
One of the most famous medical uses of this natural medicine is the correction of impaired pancreatic function. Antlers are the unossified horns of the spotted deer. Since ancient times, the horns, like ginseng, have been considered a unique healing agent for both women and men. In ancient China, deer antlers were given to the bride as a dowry so that the woman could successfully prepare for childbirth. Antlers have always been considered quite expensive and very effective remedies that have a complex effect on the human body. Thus, the constant intake of the horns can delay the onset of old age (with the correct dosage). Therefore, since ancient times, people have revered this amazing animal – the deer. The homeland of the spotted deer is Primorsky Krai, where they feed on all types of vegetation. In Altai and the Caucasus, deer quite easily find food from the vegetation that grows in these geographical areas. In farms where these animals are raised, deer quickly devour all the vegetation found in the places where they graze, and begin to feed them with silage, hay and a variety of compound feed. As a result of the fact that deer switch to unusual food for them, they become smaller and lose weight. During the rut, wild spotted deer, which eat in nature, look much larger than their counterparts living on farms. Deer, marals, roe deer, which inhabit nature reserves and hunting farms located in the central part of Russia, in the winter in the cold icy winters, are fed with high-quality feed for safety. Where they managed to feed them additionally, their growth increases, and the owners of hunting farms begin to solve the problem of reducing growth and more widely using deer antlers collected from them. We would like to give you some practical advice on the use of deer antlers, which can be obtained
in hunting grounds. As we have already mentioned, the antlers are a source of pantocrine. In the Soviet Union, the pantocrine that was produced
was of very poor quality, they made an infusion of it with vodka and sold it in pharmacies.
The low quality of the medicine is due to the fact that it was made from second- and lower-quality deer antlers,
and high-grade deer antlers were exported for hard currency, especially to Southeast Asia. Medicines produced in
Vietnam, Korea or China, containing ginseng or made from deer antlers, were considered
the best, and the Russians chose their native medicines.
As a rule, the harvesting of the antlers took place from May 20 to September 20. The collection and subsequent preservation of deer antlers should be carried out in such a way that the maximum amount of medicinal substances is preserved, and the finished medicine must meet the requirements of the standard. In general, preservation is boiling the antlers in hot water and subsequent drying. Raw antlers are usually stored for no more than 5 days, after which they lose their value. During storage, the shape of the antlers should not be changed if possible, and the skin should not be damaged. Russian reindeer herders use not preserved, but “live” deer antlers and fresh blood from them in their hunting grounds, which is used to produce hematogen. If a person has never taken fresh blood from deer antlers, he should be especially careful. Blood is used literally only one drop at a time, so that there is no poisoning, and death is not excluded. The hunter who has decided to prepare and supply deer antlers must take into account the fact that the use of wild deer is absolutely wrong and unreasonable. To process the antlers, you should use only those deer that are in the hunting grounds, and you must first completely immobilize them. It is best to prepare the antlers during their second branching (in the case of maral – when the fourth ends grow, that is, when there is a trunk with three branches). The first type of deer antlers are considered symmetrical, with two ends (above the bones and the trunk) deer antlers, and are well developed. The trunk of these horns must be split, and their ends must be twisted at the top. Only in 5% of deer antlers is a split of the trunk no more than 2 mm allowed. If there is no specialist during the hunt who is able to prepare the antlers, then it is necessary to send a person to learn the art of deer antler processing in Altai, Primorye, or the North Caucasus. (By the way, in the Kaluga region in the village of Milotiche there is a specialized farm for growing and processing Altai maral antlers). In collecting and harvesting the antlers, one can not only make good money, but also help a huge number of people who need deer antler medicines. It is worth noting that the process of breeding and growing deer is quite specific and time-consuming. And people who have decided to take such deer antler medicines should always consult their doctor, as they can provoke the development of tumors (although some biological stimulants can contribute to this). When studying preparations prepared using raw materials from deer antlers, Russian scientists established
the following properties of these drugs:
– increasing the tone and motility of the intestines and stomach;
– improving the functioning of the gastrointestinal tract;
– improving metabolic function, activating excretory processes;
– eliminating disorders associated with menopause (in women);
– relieving tension in the nervous system, improving the functioning of the heart muscle;
– helping with fatigue and stress;
– accelerating the regeneration of damaged tissues;
– effectiveness in wounds and ulcers;
– increasing the overall tone of the body;
– normalizing blood pressure.
Hinges are called growing, covered with skin and hair, not yet ossified horns of deer (maral, elk, spotted and
reindeer), which is actually a bone system filled with blood. For more than 2000 years, they have been used
by the indigenous peoples of the North, Siberia and the Far East.
Technology of preparing deer antlers – a very long and laborious process. The antlers must
be scalded several times, immersing them in hot water for 1-2 minutes. Then they are dried, aired and dried
slowly, placed in a tray. There is no need to rush: staged storage (conservation) is necessary within
a month, and this is the only way to preserve the beneficial qualities of deer antlers.
The properties of the antlers are due to the fact that the animal’s body generates up to 25 kg
of bone tissue during growth. There is no other animal with such a strong growth rate! It is the blood contained in young antlers that is
an ancient folk remedy for many diseases. Deer antlers contain large amounts of protein compounds,
biologically active substances and energy in a natural pure form. Most antlers are highly valued for their unique ability to slow down the aging process, for which they were called the “elixir of longevity”. Tincture of deer antlers activates memory, attention and improves vision. In addition, the antlers are a magical medicine with nine transformations. This refers to the fact that deer antlers have a pronounced effect on sexual dysfunction and erectile dysfunction by stimulating male potency. Alcohol tincture of the antlers is an adaptogen, antioxidant, with an immunomodulatory and tonic effect. Tincture of deer antlers is useful for strengthening bones and tendons, as well as a general strengthening agent. Folk healers recommend deer antlers for severe fatigue, general decrease in tone, nervousness, hypotension, weakness of the heart muscle. Tincture of antlers and vodka has a beneficial effect on metabolism,
increasing the body’s resistance to any irritants and helps to remove toxins. In
spring, it is very useful to take baths from deer antlers.
Deer antlers help the body to quickly recover after an injury, illness or surgery.
The process of wound healing, bone healing when applying tincture of deer antlers is accelerated and
processes are facilitated. Tinctures and decoctions can reduce the risk of oncological
diseases, regulate cholesterol and blood sugar, enrich the body with calcium and iodine.
Along with everything else that the body receives, tincture of deer antlers helps to cope with
internal fears, insecurity and negative emotions, improve overall health and mood. Antlers are
effective means of protection against chronic fatigue syndrome. The tincture improves and restores
physical and mental fatigue and asthenia, gives optimism and good mood.
Attention!
It should be remembered that increasing the dose does not give you faster results! There are a number of contraindications for
using deer antler tincture. It is not recommended to use
the antlers during pregnancy and lactation, tuberculosis, diabetes, failure of all other organs and systems. It requires consultation with a doctor.
Deer are kept on farms and are not shot.
