Description: this herb grows in the high mountainous parts of Russia and the Altai Territory. It contains a number of beneficial substances – vitamins (B, K, A, C, E), trace elements (Fe), flavonoids, glycosides, essential oils, saponins, tannins, alkaloids, organic acids.

Purpose: increases immunity, helps with anemia, colds and gastrointestinal diseases, respiratory system infections, gynecological problems. It has a hemostatic, vasoconstrictive, antiseptic, antipyretic, diuretic, analgesic and wound healing effect.

Usage: one tablespoon of chopped (coarsely ground) herb is poured with 300ml of boiling water, left to infuse for 30 minutes, then strained and the resulting decoction is taken 100ml three times a day with meals. Duration of intake: one month (30 days).

Contraindications: Do not take by pregnant women, nursing mothers, children under 14 years of age, in case of individual intolerance to the product, as well as in case of hypertension, thrombophlebitis and varicose veins. It is not a medicine. Do not use as a substitute for a varied diet.
