Use: It has a beneficial effect on gastrointestinal ailments – stomach aches, colic, gas, diarrhea, digestive problems; it also helps with respiratory problems – bronchitis, asthma, shortness of breath, colds and flu and is a good expectorant for persistent coughs and angina. It also has a good effect on insomnia, migraines, nervous exhaustion. It is used externally for gingivitis and gum pain (for gargling and gargling), for acne and skin infections and for difficult-to-heal wounds (for application with a swab).

Preparation: 1 tablespoon of the herb is poured with 400 ml of boiling water, left for 10-15 minutes to infuse, then the resulting infusion is strained. The finished decoction is stored in the refrigerator for no more than 2 days.

Application: Internally – drink 100 ml. before meals, 3 times a day. Externally – for gargling with inflamed gums; for treatment with tampons and compresses for wounds and skin problems
