Purpose: This herbal combination restores bone and cartilage tissue damaged by diseases of the musculoskeletal system. It is also recommended for the prevention of joint problems, arthrosis, arthritis, etc. With regular intake, it reduces joint wear. It has a painkilling, anti-inflammatory, regenerating, anti-infective, wound healing, restorative and general strengthening (for the entire musculoskeletal system) effect.

Preparation method: 1 teaspoon (2 g) of the product is poured with one cup (200 ml) of boiling water, left for 15-20 minutes to infuse, then the resulting infusion is strained. The finished decoction is stored in the refrigerator for no more than 2 days.

Recommended daily intake for adults: drink ½ cup (100 ml) of the decoction 2 times a day with meals. The course of application is 1 month. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Contraindications: Do not take by pregnant women, nursing mothers and in case of individual intolerance to the components of the product.

Store in a dry and ventilated place at a temperature of up to 25°C and air humidity of up to 75%. It is not a medicine. Do not use as a substitute for a varied diet.
