Purpose: This herbal complex has a targeted effect on eliminating the symptoms associated with hormonal changes occurring in the female body during menopause. The composition is rich in vitamins and phytoestrogens, as well as estrogen-like compounds, has a hormone-regulating, soothing, anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, and general strengthening effect on the female body. During the intake, sleep and mood improve, hot flashes decrease, heart rate and blood pressure normalize, and the appearance and condition of the skin visibly improve.

Preparation: 1 teaspoon (2 g) of the product is poured with one cup (200 ml) of boiling water, left to infuse for 15-20 minutes, then the resulting infusion is strained. The finished decoction is stored in the refrigerator for no more than 2 days.

Recommended daily intake for adults: drink ½ cup (100ml) of the decoction 2 times a day with meals. The course of application is 1 month. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Contraindications: Do not take by pregnant women, nursing mothers and in case of individual intolerance to the components of the product.

Store in a dry and ventilated place at a temperature of up to 25°C and air humidity of up to 75%. It is not a medicine. Do not use as a substitute for a varied diet.
