Tansy (stem) – Tanacetum vulgare L.

Dried herb (Flores Tanaceti herba) – 20 g.

Purpose: Used as an anthelmintic, for urinary tract inflammation, kidney stones, headaches, etc. Stimulates hair and nail growth, has antiseptic, antispasmodic and carminative effects.

Preparation: Boil 1 tablespoon of the herb in a pot with 500 ml of water for 5 minutes, leave to infuse for 10-15 minutes, then strain the resulting infusion. The finished decoction is stored in the refrigerator for no more than 2 days.

Application: Internally – drink 100 ml. before meals, 4-5 times a day. Externally – for baths for varicose veins and hemorrhoids, for compresses for eczema.

Contraindications: Do not take by pregnant and lactating women and in case of individual intolerance to the product. Do not use as a substitute for a varied diet. Before use, it is advisable to consult a specialist.
