Purpose: This herbal combination has a calming effect on the central nervous system of the body. Helps to cope with stress, irritation, aggression, fits of rage. Within a few hours after taking, the psycho-emotional state improves. It is also used for insomnia, nervous exhaustion and headaches caused by stress.

Preparation: 1 teaspoon (2 g) of the product is poured with one cup (200 ml) of boiling water, left for 15-20 minutes to infuse, then the resulting infusion is strained. The finished decoction is stored in the refrigerator for no more than 2 days.

Recommended daily intake for adults: drink ½ cup (100 ml) of the decoction 2 times a day with meals. The course of application is 1 month. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Contraindications: Do not take by pregnant women, nursing mothers and in case of individual intolerance to the components of the product.

Store in a dry and ventilated place at a temperature of up to 25°C and air humidity of up to 75%. It is not a medicine. Do not use as a substitute for a varied diet.
