Lowers blood sugar levels and “bad” cholesterol, has diuretic (picochogonic) properties. It also has a beneficial effect on anemia, hemorrhoids, mental and physical fatigue.

Honey is one of the most useful foods of animal origin, which is completely absorbed by the body, has a beneficial effect on the stomach and eyes.

It has antibacterial and antifungal properties, helps with coughs, colds, etc.

Usage: Sample dosage: 1 teaspoon in the morning on an empty stomach with more water.

For active sportsmen: up to 2 teaspoons by lunchtime with a large amount of water. Stir the mixture before use.

Contraindications: Do not take by persons under 20 years of age, with high blood pressure, by pregnant and lactating women and in case of individual intolerance to the product.
