Jala Neti Pot (Nasal Irrigation Pot)

15.00

How to use your Neti Pot:

Make sure your Neti Pot is thoroughly cleaned.
Make a slightly warm solution of salt water and fill the pot. Usually 1 teaspoon of salt is enough for a 200ml pot. Taste the solution if necessary, it shouldn’t be too salty. It should taste like sea water, saline, tears.
Stand by the sink and insert the spout of the jug into one nostril as far as it will go to block it.
Tilt your head to one side over the sink and slowly begin to let the water flow through your nostrils.
Breathe slowly through your mouth as the water flows through your upper nostril and out your lower nostril.
