How long is a Sutra Neti? 38 cm

This Sutra Neti is made of food-grade rubber. Make sure you perform Sutra Neti after it has been thoroughly cleaned.

The rubber catheter can be cleaned, sterilized and reused.

The benefits and contraindications for using Sutra Neti are the same as for Jala Neti, but the mucus glands in the nose, sinuses and oral cavity are additionally stimulated.

People with a deviated nasal septum should be careful and consult an experienced Yoga Teacher.
