Description: Black-brownish in color and with a resinous texture, it was formed as a result of complex biochemical processes that took place over thousands of years under the influence of the unique microclimate in the high mountain caves of Altai, Caucasus, Tibet and Siberia. This is also due to the abundance of useful bioactive substances in its composition, including more than 50 components – a complex of vitamins (A, B1, B6, B12, P, etc.), macro- and trace elements (calcium, phosphorus, zinc, iron, magnesium, copper, selenium, etc.), amino acids, organic acids, natural steroids, resinous substances essential oils and many others.

Intended purpose: It is recommended as a general strengthening agent – biologically active food supplement. Completely natural natural adaptogen – mumio has a comprehensive complex effect on the human body – increases immunity, increases bone density, stimulates the processes of hematopoiesis, improves liver and heart function, normalizes the activity of the nervous system, regulates hormonal balance, acid-base balance and accelerates metabolism.

Method of reception: Mumio is taken in the form of an aqueous solution, 10g of mumio is dissolved in 1l of water – preferably spring, mineral or boiled – as a result every 100ml of the solution thus obtained contains 1g of mumio.

Dosage: The recommended dose for daily intake depends on body weight: 50-80 kg – 0.5 g; over 80 kg – 0.8 g. Take in the morning on an empty stomach, 10-15 minutes before breakfast. Duration of intake: 25-30 days (more information on intake patterns is available in the leaflet).

Contraindications: Do not take by pregnant and breastfeeding women, children under 14 years of age, with kidney stone disease and with individual intolerance to the product. Do not exceed the recommended dose for daily intake.

Do not use as a substitute for a varied diet. Not a medicine. It is advisable to consult a physician before use.

Storage: Store in a dry place, out of reach of children, protected from direct sunlight, at temperatures up to 25°C. After dissolving, store the resulting solution in a refrigerator (2-8°C) for a maximum of 20 days.
