St. John’s wort (Hypericum perforatum)

Dried herb – 20 g.

Purpose: Used to treat vitiligo and significantly reduces depigmented spots on the skin. St. John’s wort tones the nervous system in depressive states. It is also used for ulcers, gastritis and difficult-to-heal wounds.

Preparation: 2 tablespoons of the herb are boiled for 5 minutes in a pot with 600 ml. water, left to infuse for 5 minutes, then the resulting infusion is strained. The finished decoction is stored in the refrigerator for no more than 2 days.

Application:

Internally – drink 100 ml. before meals, 3 times a day.

Externally – for baths for varicose veins and hemorrhoids, for compresses for eczema.

Contraindications: Do not take if you have an individual intolerance to the product. Do not use as a substitute for a varied diet. Before use, it is advisable to consult a specialist.
