Tribulus terrestris herba (stalk) – Tribulus terrestris herba

Dried herb (tea) – 20 g.

Purpose: This herb increases male (and female) libido, increases potency in men, helps with bladder inflammation, kidney stones, enlarged prostate, erectile dysfunction, infertility in women. It lowers blood pressure, blood sugar levels and “bad” cholesterol, has diuretic and laxative properties. It has a beneficial effect on anemia, constipation, hemorrhoids, menstrual cycle disorders, mental and physical fatigue; helps build muscle mass in men.

Preparation: 1 tablespoon of the herb is boiled for 15 minutes in a container with 500 ml of water, left to infuse for 15-20 minutes, then the resulting infusion is strained. The finished decoction is stored in the refrigerator for no more than 2 days.

Application: Internally – drink 3 tablespoons three times a day after meals (for active sportsmen, up to 6 tablespoons) Externally – for baths for varicose veins and hemorrhoids, for compresses for eczema.

Contraindications: Do not take by pregnant and lactating women, children under 14 years of age, as well as in case of individual intolerance to the product. Do not use as a substitute for a varied diet. Before use, it is recommended to consult a specialist.
